What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of more than a hundred cannabinoids in cannabis, and it’s been well-documented to possess anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and anti-anxiety effects. CBD is non-psychoactive, it won’t make you high because it contains no THC.

Do I need a medical prescription for this product?
No. This product has not been evaluated by the food and drug administration and is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

How much CBD is in the candles?
There is 25 MG of CBD the 2 oz massage candle and 50 MG of CBD in the 4 oz size. CBD is non-psychoactive, it won’t make you “high” because it contains no THC.

When should I expect to receive my order?

After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 1 to 2 business days is required to review the order. Shipments are sent using United States Postal Service as a Priority Mail package. Typical shipping times may vary from 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday), but this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. If your shipment arrives with damaged product(s), an email must be sent to us at hello@kannai.store within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.

Please send us detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that timeframe. If you are, however, not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are given in our sole and absolute discretion. Limit one refund per customer or address. 

If your product was purchased through a Kannai’s web retailer or store, you will need to go back through your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
